La Universidad de Salamanca has over 30,000 students (including foreigners like me) so the city has prices that reflect a student's needs. English is rarely spoken and its very pure-no Catalan or Gallego here-and there are plenty of Spaniards looking to help. ME ENCANTA SALAMANCA! I’m actually in Salamanca right now and love it even more everyday! Segovia is quite small (I was born there and It is BEAUTIFUL). The council and the Universities and Schools have prepared Spanish courses with leisures activities and accommodation (full boarding) included in the price, from 650 for one week!!!!
